I constantly get calls from this number as well. When I call it back a message says it's not in service in multiple languages. The service provider is Teltrust Corporation which is an operator service that connects collect calls from around the world. With that in mind, I'm guessing that this is someone trying to use your phone to connect a collect call using your minutes and money.

I received a call from this last night. Did any of you sign up for Skoreit.com and input your phone number? I did and although it says that they do not give my phone number out to anyone I am guessing that they did.
