I received a call from an indian man who claimed t work for US government wantingto give me a grant from Washington 7500. When I said I live in SanJose he wanted me to spell it for him. Says all. Spam.
I received a call to go to a CVS or Walgreen to purchase a green dot money card and then to call back (206) 395-3081
WA, USA, so that they can release a government grant to me by western union of 7,500.00. Is this a legit company?
May I get you a ticket on a slow boat to China? A few rounds of poker? Your caller is a foreign, 3rd world criminal. This is an advance fee scam. There is no company. It's a scam. NEVER use a wire transfer (GreenDot, MoneyPak, MoneyGram, Western Union) to send money to someone you do not personally know.

The government does not contact people to offer them money. If you do qualify for a government grant, the government does not request payment for it.
