I called the following number 866 225 1956 and was told they leased several numbers out to various companies. I informed them that is illegal to make telemarkiting calls to cell phones period. ftc.gov states that.
They are looking into it. I will make a complaint with the feds about this.

I just got one too, I have lost count of how many times they've called. I got a rep on the phone who said because I always pay my MC on time she had an offer, when i asked which MC she hung up.
