called my cell phone.  i didn't answer but they seemed to hang up after only 2 rings

they call 2 to 3 times almost everyday. pick up phone no answer.

The man want to test his phone to call everyone???????

This number call several times a day, about every 4 hours, at least 3 times a day.  I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.
I'm on the do not call, and this is harassment and invasion of privacy.

Calls severl times a day and leaves no message. No answer when I pick up.
