No one on the other line, but, when I did the last number call back a recording answers and said,"thank you for calling, if you don't wish to be called in the future please press 1, and we will happily remove you from our prefered caller listing." BEWARE, I think this is really what they want you to do, which perhaps has some charge added to pressing.
Got a call from this number several times on my caller ID. I finally picked up and there was someone on the line. They did not say anything and hung up. I put a tracer on it and will post the address of the owner of this number soon.
