got a phone call from this number and spoke to Ron Johnson and I ask that he fax me a statement and he refused. He only provided me with a fax number and claims that he is an attorney. His fax number is 206-426-6099

I received a missed call today on my work cell. I checked my voicemail to hear a message left by what sounded like an Indian man. He discussed a debt that I owed and demanded that i call back or he would ruin my life by sending the police to my house to arrest me. This man knew my address and the last 4 digits of my social. He gave the name Officer Brian Oliver. His call back number was 206-600-6980. When i phoned this number back, i reached officer brian oliver. I couldn't understand a word that he said so he asked me to hold onand i could speak with his associate whose name was kevin Smith. I do have an old unpaid balance on a payday loan of $250.00. Both men continued to ask me how much I owed. I advised that i was currently working and Brian Oliver gave me a time to phone back. When I did phone back he told me that if I was unable to pay $300 today he would give me two installment payments of $250, which i would pay one this Friday and the other $250 the following Friday. I became very suspicious when he requested that I fax my banking info to Attention: Brian Oliver with my banking info and a written agreement for this payment arrangement. I became really suspicious at this point and asked what company he was with. Brian Oliver reported that he was with Intel net legal department.
