Received a voice mail from Unknown Caller which turned out to be from 206-445-0828 stating that "Federal" Charges have been filed against me" etc. The Trail here indicates that this is a known scam, how come no Agency has pinyoed these idiots.

The callers are located in India and Pakistan. As such they are beyond the reach of US law.
