Man with a heavy accent. Calls himself Peter Pretorius. Says he is from South Africa, but now lives and works in London. Accent is heavy, sounds like a mix of British, South African and Australian.
The hours of operation were odd. They seemed to be open all night, London time, and didnt know the time difference. Now I see more clearly how the red flags were popping up. After stumbling around with passing off what time was what, he finally settled on 7 hours ahead of Twin Cities.
