Valentine & Kebartas - scumbag debt collector for Verizon Wireless. Calls five-plus times a week, which is illegal under Washington law. Also uses numbers (206) 973-8288 and (206) 792-7890.
I have no idea who this is but they call non stop. I am Deaf and do not use my phone except for text. I have sent that message back to this number multiple time via text and it says received but still they call. I do not use Verizon so no idea why they are calling me.
