I've gotten several calls from this number stating I being awarded a grant from the Govt. Two different callers, both speaking in heavily foreign accented English, ask questions to "validate" my eligibility. Appears to be a scam but I can't confirm.

I have received a call that played a recording stating that the IRS was filing a law suit against me (or the company i work for, it didn't even specify) and to call this number to address the issue...
