Who called from 2064960900

I just got a call from this number too.  Since I got rid of my land line I have noticed an uptick in unknown numbers to my cel.  Really aggravating.

Just got a call on my cell from this number. I did not pick up and they didn't leave a message.

I called the number back from another phone and it's answered by a recording which said "Calls to participate in a survey and the survey has expired".

First time call but it was on my cell. No ID or voicemail. I've had a couple of unidentified calls on my cell as of late. Hope this is not the start of a trend.  I'm on do not call list for home as well as cell.
