This number is a robo-call. These calls come in all the time, I am on the do not call registry and they continue to call. It is illegal but there is almost no way to stop them.
When you answer the phone, they begin by talking about your credit card. They never state which one or who they are, just that they want to help you out. Don't answer or hang up immediately. If you try to speak to someone they will talk over you, argue with you and ignore you when you insist they remove you from their call lists. Best not to answer the calls. When you do not answer, the number they call from will change and it starts all over again.
This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group. They are a public utility who is in the primary business of facilitating unsolicited telemarketing.
