Who called from 2064960969

I have received entirely TOO many calls from this number. They never leave a message, and when I answer the line goes dead. I called the number and was told the voice mailbox was not set up. Who are they, and why do they continue to call?

Got a call and no one was there. I wish they would stop calling.

I have had the same situation, only they have called SEVERAL times.

This number called me today and did not leave a message.

Called twice in one day. Didn't recognize number so I didn't answer.  Called back and the number is temporarily unavailable.
