I get calls from this number virtually every day. They want to sell security systems, but won't tell you whose system it is. They also don't identify themselves, just says "Winner" on caller ID. They give the option to be placed on their do not call list (ignoring the fact that I am on the national do not call list), but ignore it.
I have reported them several times to the FCC, but they still keep calling!
Still getting these "WINNER" calls in the Denver Metro area. Started in June or so, and I thought they stopped, but apparently not. I don't bother answering these types of calls, and they don't leave a message. Time to put a block on them.
