Keeps calling my number.

Call to my cell.  Recorded message so garbled I couldn't hear much of it.....but did hear them say they've been monitoring my credit for months.  Blah blah blah.........

called my cellphone. Rang once and hung up.

Call back gets, "We're sorry the number you have dialed is not in service."  That means it's spoofed.  That means it's a SCAM.  Block it.

Message said they have been monitoring my cred for the past 6 months.
I clicked 9 to ask questions like how. They told me to F off and hung up
