received a recording telling me to turn my self into the local police department.  I hung up and will try to call them.

did u find out whats going on cuz my parents had the same thing...

Same as others; said they were the Washington State police and that we should call immediately to avoid action.  Used the name Officer John Harris

I just received the same call, this time it was from a John Smith - I mean come on, how original can this name be. Be aware of this scam!!
