This is a telemarketer using an autodial device. A computer is dialing the number in the hope that it will connect. I have been called twice in the last few minutes on my cell phone and picked up to "dead air." It is against the law to use an autodialer and have no one on the other end of the phone call. I called back and there is a message that they will call again in 24 hours. It is either a scam or the entity responsible for the call is violating the Maryland Telemarketing Law. I will be submitting a complaint online to the Maryland Attorney General
It is Energy Solutions Network. They sent me an email from their headquarters in NY earlier today about a sales consultant job and he said he was following up to schedule an interview.

Didn't recognize the area code so didn't answer... It's Washington state .... I am looking for a job and the voicemail said he was calling for an interview, wonderful except the company isn't in Michigan and they said they were sending a resume. It was the company mentioned above. So I'm going to wait on the email ... If I don't get that or a 2nd call then mine was a scam too and they got my number from a job board, that's just sneaky
