Even while attempting to go through the number-removal process, I was hung up on by this company... They want to offer me a service?! I want to ream them a new one!
Keith. Alex. And two women, whose name I could not understand. Four people HUNG UP ON A CUSTOMER! I want to speak to a supervisor now and my call will not be answered as clearly they have caller ID.

Got a call from this number and I swear it was either the most advanced phone call robot that I have ever encountered or it was the most monotone and unemotional person that has ever spoken the English language.
I actually and genuinely had to ask, "Am I actually talking to a person or a recording right now"?
It responded, "I am a person" to my shock. But then proceeded to talk in a very robotic and monotone fashion with no inflection asking questions like "Do you currently have a home security system?" "May we continue?" "Are you currently under contract?"
It is a computer and someone that probably has a heavy accent plays answers to those questions. I asked the same question and got the same answer that you did 'I am a real person, do I sound that bad?' And pursued it further and was told that 'I am sitting here being aided by a computer but I am really here.' Try answering with unexpected responses and they just ignore it and just continue. When they asked how I was today, I said 'Awful' and that was ignored. I told them that 'I died yesterday' and they just continued with their prerecorded rhetoric. I told them that the house burned down and they always hesitate when I speak and then continue with their recording. I believe that they are scammers trying to get your personal information. These scammers are very good at what they do and getting better. They are not calling from the number that shows up and are not in the state that shows up on CID. I believe that they are out of this country and that even if they are caught, there are no avenues of justice or laws that govern this from other countries. Furthermore, I believe that a large part of these scams are used to raise money for terrorist organizations.
