Same thing; went to answering machine, but no message. Some U/I scam more than likely.

message left said a law suit was being brought against us

Most likely an Indian or Pakistani IRS/debt scam.   They like to call from a 206 area code thinking that Washington State is the same as Washington DC.  They don't know the difference.  Ignore and block.  I'd block area codes 206 and 202.
