Caller id says "Air Care".  I suspect this is just another number for the duct cleaning service that has called so many times from different numbers.  They specialize in "cleaning" your wallet trying to pressure you to upgrade services.  They try to imply that you've used their company for furnace work in the past.  They're just localized scammers in my opinion.
