Called and left no message. Increasingly I am wondering if these pests have a way of instantly detecting blocked numbers. As soon as I block a number on OOMA, I get a flurry of new (retribution) calls the next day or two. I used to be able to get by blocking unwanted numbers using an option on my Panasonic phone. (Panasonic allowed me 40 blocks, if memory serves). Last year I switched to OOMA and have blocked hundreds of calls since.
If you want to run for the US Congress or US Senate and win, make it a 1 issue campaign: a no call list with repercussions. What a concept! Actually serving the constituency!
Thanks to everyone who participates on this site. I have told many about it.

Called the number and recording said it was "Gateway Communications" calling on behalf of "some charity you have supported in the past." It's a charity scammer... they take a huge %, if not all, of everything they collect.
