I received a call with a pre-recorded message indicating I could lower my percentage rates on my credit cards.  I pushed the button to receive information and immediately asked what the call was in reference to.  The man indicated my current Visa and Mastercards and since they had been tracking my payments they could give me 6% interest.  He then said "You pay your bills on time, correct?" When I asked which company (I should add I only have one) he said "We are calling on behalf of Visa and Mastercard directly." Then I just hung up because it was obviously a scam.
