Who called from 2066297400

Received call and caller hung up.

I received a call and no message left also.
I tried to call it back; but the number was busy.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Never answer, but when I tried to call back multiple times and only get a busy signal

I've received five calls from this number, but there is no ringing in when I call it back!!

I have just renewed my Do Not Call list entry with all three of my phone numbers for my husband, the wall phone, and myself.  I know that this list is for telemarketers, so this person that's calling us must be a private person with his computer automatically set up for it!!
