yeah, me, too. I was asked for by name, but caller disconnected before I was given phone. Can't return call either. Either circuits busy or busy signal.

Got a call asking for me by first name. My daughter answered and gave phone to me. He had already disconnected. Can't return call either. Always busy.

"Circuits Busy" probably means the phone is in a call center/boiler room and isn't set up to receive incoming calls.

They've called more than once and haven't left a message...Gotta be a sales call so I've blocked it.  Ticks me off cause I'm on the do not call list for cell phones!
