Yes..same message as others have stated above. IRS just sent me my refund....and they would call my cell # as that is the one I gave them to contact me if there was an issue...I just put them on my block calls...

Mechanical female voice claimed "the tax fraud investigation unit of the Internal Revenue Service" was informing me that the IRS had "issues arrest warrants" against me. "She" advised me to call back.
Got a call from this number. recording saying there is a tax fraud investigating on our property. Number 1 - hello. the IRS wouldn't use recording, plus they would ask for you by your name. I feel bad for people who believe this. Just wish someone would catch these people and arrest them for fraud.
