When you call them back as I did, they state they will remove your number from their data base (but they won't). And I continue to get calls from them. My son received a call from this company and claimed they had warrants issued for me and told him all kinds of things. I called back several times before I got someone and then, I guess because I'm Hispanic, he tried to really be rude and treat me like I was stupid or something. He wouldn't let me talk or anything, he just continued to talk over me and threaten me. I was humiliated that he treated me this way, I AM EDUCATED, HAVE A DEGREE and w was born here. I'm not an illegal, and even if I would have been, I would have expected MORE RESPECT than what he showed. He was most definitely not an attorney. I believe he needs to take a class on people skills and respect. His momma should have taught him better manners on how to talk to people.

I just received the same call. This time my dad is out of 500 dollars because they threaten to him that they was goin to lock me up of the money is not sent through a money gram. Now I'm searching online to find out more about them and thank god I find this scam report. UNBELEIVABLE. Somebody needs to stop these folks
I just had a similar conversation with this Hamilton person. He made it seem like the cops were on their way. I was shaking like a leaf. First they said there was nothing they could do, then they changed their story and said to hold on and they will find out if I could pay it off. I was texting my friend, who is a debt collecting rep, at the same time while waiting, and she told me to contact who I actually owe because you cannot go to jail for what you owe. Its a fraud.
