It's the usual irs fraud call: I am being sued for tax fraud. I should call them before I have to go to court. The caller ID said "Acordia Northwe(st)". This number appears to be from an insurance company in Seattle, Washington. Probably an unscrupulous employee or someone who has access to their phones. A google search revealed very similar phone numbers for this company. The call type on this page should have a box for "fraud".
