I was told that I could get a loan in the amount of $8000.00, and pay it in easy installments by these Scam Artists. On June 30' th , 2012, I was instructed to provide them first the sum of $374.00 by loading a Green Dot Money Pack. Once I did this I called them back they told me that I would receive my loan in about 45 minutes, Then when the money did not arrive at my bank, I was told by individuals with Indian accents that I needed to pay the sum of $499.00 also by money pack to cover the tax owed to the Government to get the Money. I pay 'ed this as well for a total of $873.00 by July 3' rd 2012. Now they tell me that I need to send and additional $599 to pay for insurance which is to cover the loan repayment if I do not pay them for it. I realize that I have been scammed. They told me that I can not get a refund of my money without impacting my credit adversely when I asked them to return my money to me. A guy named Andrew says that he will try to help me by paying $300.00 of the $599 for me, and asked me to borrow the money I need from a friend. I told him that I could not do that. He said that he was just trying to help me out. I want to sue them to get my money back, and take any action necessary to put these crooks out of commission for good. The need to be behind bars for life. The phone number they call from is; 206-734-4587. Also they call me everyday telling me that I have been approved for a car loan. I told them repeatedly that I just bought a car, and to take me off their calling list. They just keep calling. I am sick of them. Next I got a call threatening me, they claim that I have an outstanding payday loan, and that I need to pay the sum of $14,000.00 to settle the debt. Otherwise I will be facing jail time. That call appears Anonymous on my phone. I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission and report them.
