I spoke with a man named "Charles" today and I'm pretty sure he's a scam looking to rip me off!  He responded to my post regarding wanting to rent my place. He says his wife is a PHD student and they'll be traveling to the Midwest. Anyone else get this call? His number is 206-734-4776 (Seattle area cod). I've heard a lot of people scamming have a 206 area code.
