Got a call from this number on my work direct line. I answered "hello" and heard nothing but silence for a few seconds, so I said "hello" again, and finally, a woman came on the line with a chipper voice and said "Hello, I'm calling from RCI..." so I said "go [***] yourself" and hung up. They called from a different number twice before but no one was on the line.
