Receiving unwanted/unsolicited phone calls from this caller. On an earlier call I informed caller that my number is on the National DNC list and their call would be reported. Apparently that did not concern the caller.
Called Saturday night at 7:20 pm - caller ID showed Fisher J & N. Didn't answer.
Called again this morning at 8:20 am. This time I answered. The guy (with a heavy Indian accent) said he was Mark from Microsoft and I went off on him. Told him to get a real job and stop calling people to scam them. He kept trying to talk over me (good luck doing that!) and I just kept calling him an idiot and telling him to shut up. He finally hung up!

I am getting these calls as well, from Fisher J & N. I answered but didn't get a response, so I hung up, but they keep calling. Thanks for reporting. I'm going to block the number.
Criminals, foreign country's, scammers, frauds and illegal telemarketers .. criminals don't obey laws. The DNC works as it is supposed to. I have to wonder if the people who spew this same garbage even bothered to read up on it or see what it does or doesn't do or if they are in fact a telemarketer illegally calling trying to keep people from filing complaints. Put the blame where it really lay's though, and that is with the criminals and illegal telemarketers.
Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states have different laws in regards to the calls, which can differ from the federal.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
