Just received a voice mail stating IRS in Washington DC. and they had a case against me. The call actually originated in Washington state. SCAM! Automatically placed on do not call list.
We have received 2 scam ROBO phone calls today - Wednesday, May 25, 2016 - that left a recorded message on our answering machine stating something like this "This is officially your final notice from the IRS - Internal Services Division. The reason for our call is to let you know we are filing a law suit against you. To get more information about this case call 206-823-3349." We have received 2 other calls similar to this about a year ago, only it was a real person and we just hung up the phone. Do not respond to these IRS impersonators!
