The IRS does not need to sue anyone. They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office. Several of them. Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for. Again delivered by the Post Office. Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own. If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge? They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given. The IRS does not accept payment in Itunes Cards, Amazon gift cards, or any other type of payment other than cash, check, credit or debit card (from normal everyday citizens).

Just got a voice-mail from this number saying that there's been a lawsuit against me. I actually called the number back and a person picked up. There was noise in the background but I swore the man who answered mentioned something about being affiliated with the
IRS. He asked for my name, then the call got disconnected and I'm sure it wasn't on my end. IT was a bit fishy.
I got a call on my cell about a law suit from the IRS a few months back. I called the IRS and they said evening is fine. Now this number is calling my home phone saying the same thing. I called back and asked to talk to the supervisor. She refused after a back n forth battle of me wanting a supervisor. Then proceeded to tell me that i will be arrested.
This is a scam, definitely not the IRS. When I called back the guy that answered the phone ask me who was calling. After repeating only my phone number to him several times and not identifying myself any further he responding by using vulgarity. Found an app on Google that calls numbers repeatedly, "Auto redial / call timer". There are more but I like this one. Use "*67" to block your number when calling him. Dial *67 206 823 3823 with this app every 3 seconds and set it to call back every 3. All he sees is "restricted". You will see "unavailable". When I did this he was forced to answer to stop me. I had him on speaker phone and also mute. I did it every hour or two. I think I might be annoying him. Hopefully more people will enjoy this as well.
Got a call from this # at 6:30 am. CID said unavailable. Robo operator said IRS is filing a law suit against me. it didnt even ask my name or confirm who i was. IRS does not use robo operators to advise of litigation. clearly a SKAM
