Probably because I haven't filed for my refund overpayments for the past couple years?

Received a voicemail that the IRS is filing a lawsuit. Got nervous at first, then realized it must be fake... IRS would send paperwork in such a case anyway. I didn't return this call, which looks to be coming from Washington state.
