Telemarketing from someone? for breast cancer, sounds like a recording.

This telemarketer called me at 8 p.m.  I thought that was illegal for them to call that late at night.  Also, I'm on a Do Not Call register.  How do I file a formal comlplaint?

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I answered this call tonite.  She identified herself as being with the Breast Cancer Financial Assistance fund.  Real or scam?  I don't know.

Keeps calling, and I assume that it is a "cancer charity" scam.  Answered this evening and just told them to take our number off their list.... but figure that it is hopeless.  I keep blocking these types of calls, and they keep changing numbers.  Don't care whether it is a scam or is legit, it IS a total nuisance.  These folks have been calling around 8:00 pm which adds to the annoyance level
