I get this robocall daily, from any one of a dozen different phone numbers (none of which are legit, obviously, since the area codes point to Washington state, various cities in California, plus a few cities on the east coast). The recording always begins with "This call is solely (strictly?) intended for," followed by a woman's name--someone I've never heard of.
Always the same recording; rarely the same area code twice in a row; uses a couple of different women's names. I hang up immediately, then block yet another number on my phone.... So sick of this.
