Anyone know what "Global Contact" is?

Don't know who/what this is!

I was getting this call for weeks at the strangest time.  It is a company from WA.  If you call the number back you can press one then when prompted type in your number to be placed on their do not call list.  The message said it should take 30 days.

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

Keep getting calls from different variations of this number 866-1925, 866-1926, 866-1927. They don't leave messages.
