got this call. recorded message said Internal Revenue Service was going to file suit against me.

Received a call on Jan 16 2015 about an IRS lawsuit and this was my final notification.  The recorded name of the person they were looking for was garbled.   The message said to call 206-905-9768.  The call originated from 937-561-3651.   I never received any written notification from the IRS.  IRS helpline # is 800-829-1040, or you may go to irs.gov.

This also just happened in Chicago.
