After contacting the DSHS office in Seattle and being transferred to their "Changes Unit", and waiting well over an hour for them to pick up the phone, I was disconnected. Immediately after I was disconnected I was called twice from this number. Both times I picked up and said hello no one answered and they hung up. Didn't leave a message either...
