phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

a mr. david walker called with the american lottery comm. and lottery board.  asked him if was was with the U.s. gov. said Yes,,,out of wash dc.  hung up on this idiot.  claims I won 1.5 million dollars???? but need to get a green dot card

I didn't answer the call, and there was no message left.  I White Page reversed phone number look up and saw multiple scam reports.  I just now googled the phone number and arrived at this site.

Received a call this morning no voicemail left.
