This person, who gave his name as "Victor", I believe was using a routed call from another country, insisted on giving me an order number for medication I did not order. He was very belligerant, insisting on giving me the order #. Asked if anyone else in my house may have ordered.
I accused him of scamming, trying to force me into accepting an order # so it would appear I had ordered something and they could then send it. He told me my package would arrive in the next few days. I told him if a package arrived, I would refuse it and get in touch with authorities.
Within 1 minute after I hung up, "Victor" called again from the same phone #, and tried to give me my order # again, and wouldn't take no for an answer. He asked if i was recording the call, and though I wasn't, I said yes, because he was harassing me.
A minute after I hung up, another male called, from the same #, with the same scam. I immediately told him I was recording the call (which is legal in my state, as long as both parties are made aware of it). He tried to give me an order # again, but backed off when I threatened to use the recordings (I told him about "recording" "Victor") in court.
Sorry for my rant, but as soon as I hung up, the second man called back AGAIN from the same phone #! I immediately told him I was recording, and that I would not accept any deliveries, but would get the police involved since he said he was sending meds which I didn't order.
Someone from the same # called about a week later, and when they asked for me by name, I said "No, I'm her sister. She passed away 3 days ago." He mumbled something and hung up. No calls since.
