These people call at all hours of the day and night. They play creepy music and when they finally answer, it's in Spanish, which I don't speak. I can't get them to stop. HELP~!!!
I have been continually getting calls from this number (210-201-1171), which keeps disturbing a lady that lives here that is ill and is unable to sleep due to frequent calls from this number (at least 3-5 calls daily). Please HELP - make them stop!!!

Same here!! Mom is severely disabled & I (also disabled) have a VERY difficult time to get to the phone EVERY 10 MINUTES - LITERALLY!! Usually music, like on hold, then IF I wait long enough, someone gets on and speaks Spanish. I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH!! Then they hang up, but lo & behold, 10 minutes later...it's up to about 10 to 12 calls a day now.
I ALSO get the same type of call from 1172!! Obviously another extension. Was getting these same calls from a CA #. Can't change my # due to so many Dr's. having my #! Was so annoyed, called Verizon VIOS, they couldn't help, so I am now trying to block them by going to www.donotcall.gov. Hope this works. You need the #'s for them to call, (which I erased off my phone, due to aggravation) so THEY can STOP them from calling you. Good luck to all in "my boat"!

Just registered my home phone w/the National Do Not Call Registry. Was told by Verizon that I would need the actual #'s I wanted to stop from calling, but not true. Seems you register YOUR # (&/or #'s, cell, etc) that you want to stop telemarketers from calling. Get an email from them to go back to their site & it should say you are on the registry. The site says it takes up to 31 days to stop MOST telemarketers from calling you. Don't know how that is done, but I just have to wait & see & for the next month, I'll check the caller ID 1st & either answer or NOT! Hope this info can help someone.
