Mayra, they say they are going to take you to court or have you arrested to scare you into giving money to them. It is a scam do not fall victim to it.
Automated call looking for someone with a last name Mendoza. I don't understand the first name they say but they have a wrong number. Theres no way to be taken off the list.
I keep getting calls from this number, i called them back last week. Finally someone answered and said they were looking for some guy named Salines. I told him i have had this number for 20 years, he stated that they would remove my number. They called back tonight at 8 pm. i called back and the same guy answered named "Roger", again i was told he would remove my number. After i told him i would press harassment charges and giving the info to my attorney he hung up.
Got 2 missed calls on my personal work line from this number, shortly after a call on my cell. When I answered my cell phone, they hung up. So I called back from my work number and some guy answered said he was calling to speak to an Alfredo Fernandez. I have NO idea who that person is!! I told the guy that and asked him how he got my personal work number and my cell phone number, and he said "if you don't know him, thank you for ur time" and hung up on me!! I'm super ANNOYED!!!
He answered so quickly, you couldn't understand what organization he was with.
