Call just came from this number at 3:01am on my cell phone, but did not leave a message. Tried calling the number back from my work phone after checking this site. Got a message saying "You have reached the City of San Antonio. The number you have dialed is not in service. Please refer to the city directory. Thank you." Seems as though someone is spoofing the caller ID to be this number.
