from this number, voicemail message says it is the IRS and they are going to file an immediate lawsuit against me unless I call a number (starting with Area Code 509)....
I don't believe there aren't any reports abbout this number. The IRS scammers have gone from a number on caller ID that says Washington DC to this one that says San Antonia, TX. I have already caller the cop shop with the other number so now it's time to call and report this one also.

My elderly mother received a call from 210-209-9133 telling her that the IRS has filed a law suit against her. Fortunately (or unfortunately) she watches a lot of TV and knows to be ware of phishing calls, so she did not believe them nor divulge any information
