Normally I call and start a fraud investigation with the phone company (specifically they play the "we are responding to your inquiry" [***] which gives them an exemption to contact numbers on the DNC register and to then sell the phone number for profit. Fraud arguments are consistently more effective and get better results) but I give up on this one. Maybe someone else can take it the next step. If you can stop their company from being able to buy new phone numbers (phone companies don't like this [***] and will blackball them for services in the area) they can't keep coming out with a new scam every other month
