This number called my on my iPhone--I called this number back anonymously, and got the message, "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed; please check the number and dial again, message 32, San Antonio."

A scammer likely spoofed this number, trying to harvest active phone numbers to sell to anyone who will buy their directory and/or exploit/abuse people for profit.
