Express and New Circulation desk.  Not a newspaper subscriber so I don't know why they are calling.  Block it.

Call from this number poor sound quality.  When I called it back, a recording said:  Please be aware you have called a number and your phone call will be recorded.  Then an unknown person came on the phone.  I asked her who she was and who she was calling for.  Answer she gave me was "wrong number" and she hung up very fast!

Got six calls in a row from this number. They never left a message. I answered the last time and there was deep breathing...that is all. I said a bad word and hung up.

Block calls like this after the first call. If it's a real call a message is left. No message spells now blocked in my book!

Rec'd 5 phone calls in a row. returned call from a different personal number. Message recording that the phone was no longer inservice. Scammer
