Who called from 2102391194

I have been receiving calls on my cell supposedly from SSI for my son for a survey i would like for them to stop their num
ber is the same 1-210-239-1194.

Caller asked he could ask me some questions to conduct a brief survey about what the United States is going through right now. I hung up and blocked the number.

Received a call 2 days in a row. First day I answered and caller was silent. Second day I didn't answer and no message was left by caller.

Someone from this number calls periodically throughout the day. When I answer there is no response. I just hang up. What a waste of time.

I would not assume that this number is legitimate.
