I disconnected the service. Turned in the old equipment. Was told all was well. They sent a last bill. The day it arrived, it was paid by autopay. Now they call every day and leave this number with a gruff male voice saying it is urgent I call the number or my service may be disconnected. They seriously don't know what they are doing.

just got this number and this idiot calls me speaking in spanish.telling me I've been calling him and wants to know what I want.I am the only one uses my cell phone.
